Community Tourism Destination Development Fund – Yukon (Tier 1 & Tier 2)

Overview
The Government of Yukon’s Community Tourism Destination Development Fund supports capital and non-capital tourism projects designed to enhance visitor infrastructure, experiences, and market readiness.

Funding Amount

• Tier 1: Up to $100,000 (covers up to 75% of eligible costs, with a maximum of $375,000)
• Tier 2: $100,001 – $500,000 (same cost-share rules apply)

Eligibility / Who It’s For
Yukon-based applicants including businesses, First Nations governments, First Nations development entities, municipalities, and non-profits.

Project Examples

• Infrastructure enhancements (e.g., visitor centres, interpretation signage)
• Collaborative destination development projects
• Upgrades to reach market readiness or expand tourism services
