Creation Community Grants — Indigenous Youth Roots

Overview
Creation is a dynamic, multi-stream funding program designed to lift up youth-led projects focused on community wellness, land-based engagement, and cultural connection. The October intake includes two new streams: Healing and Belonging and Land & Food Sovereignty.

Funding Amount

• Healing and Belonging Stream: $10,000
• Land & Food Sovereignty Stream: $20,000

Eligibility / Who It’s For
Indigenous youth (ages 15–29) engaged in grassroots groups or collectives across Canada, meaningful project leadership required.

Project Examples

• Healing workshops, cultural reconnection gatherings
• Land-based programming, food sovereignty initiatives (e.g., medicine walks, community gardens)
