Children’s disABILITY Services supports Manitoba families who are raising children with developmental or physical disabilities. The program helps families access services and supports that enable children to remain at home, participate in their communities, and reach their full potential.

High-Cost Special Education Program
Helps First Nations students with moderate to profound special education needs access quality, culturally appropriate educational programs and services. Funding supports specialized staff, assessments, therapies, assistive technology, and other resources that help students succeed while meeting provincial or territorial education standards.

Funding for Capital Assets: Jordan’s Principle and First Nations Child and Family Services
This program provides funding to help First Nations purchase, build, renovate, or improve capital assets that support the delivery of First Nations Child and Family Services and Jordan’s Principle services. Funding helps create safe, accessible, culturally appropriate spaces that support children, youth, and families.
