Provides loan guarantees (minimum $5M) for Indigenous communities and entities investing in eligible natural resource and value-added agriculture projects, enabling equity participation and lowering borrowing costs.

Funding Amount
Loan guarantees of $5,000,000 or more; fee charged on declining balance; based on risk assessment and available budget.

Eligibility / Who It’s For
Saskatchewan First Nations, Tribal Councils, eligible Métis economic development corporations, and entities meeting SIIFC criteria.
