Community Opportunity Readiness Program (CORP)
Overview
The Community Opportunity Readiness Program (CORP) provides project-based funding to support First Nations and Inuit communities in pursuing economic development opportunities. It covers a wide range of activities from planning and feasibility studies to business infrastructure and start-up costs.
Funding Amount
Funding amounts vary by project. Supports:
- Feasibility and business planning (up to $250,000)
- Minor capital (up to $3 million)
- Major capital (over $3 million considered case by case)
